Returns & Exchanges

Nahmias offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that all sale items and special collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
